Sammie Jo Funk

鈥淚 made the choice to attend the College of Business because I have a very hectic life and work schedule, and the University of Akron offers a completely online Bachelor of Business Management degree. I specifically chose to pursue a degree in Business Management because I want to be a part of making businesses better. I have been a part of the hourly workforce for over a decade and believe that having experience on the floor and understanding the business from the ground up is vital for making better business decisions. Although having an all-online curriculum has its challenges, the university staff has made the transition as smooth as possible including transferring my previous credits. I couldn't be happier with my decision.鈥
