Biography

Dr. Chan joined ¹ú²úÂ×Àí in 1989.  He has been an educator since 1989 and has also worked as an Electrical Engineer, Chief System Architect and Developer, System Architecture Consultant, and a Visiting Research Scientist.  Dr. Chan has received a number of grants and awards since 1997 and has professional memberships with the IEEE-Computer Society and the Association for Computing Machinery. In addition to his many years of serving on various program committees, presentations and talks, and participation in numerous conference proceedings and reports, Dr. Chan has also been involved with several scholarly journals and publications as an editor and content contributor.
