Master of Arts in Political Science - Intelligence and National Security Studies

his degree track will prepare students for the study and practice of national security. Thus, the degree track will help educate students for a career in international diplomacy, the Intelligence Community, the military, private intelligence and security contractors, law enforcement, business, as well as others.

Admission Requirements

Apply at

  • Students must fulfill the admission requirements of the ¹ú²úÂ×Àí Graduate School (no specific undergraduate major in required)
  • Students will have earned a minimum of 3.0 GPA overall on undergraduate degree OR 3.0 GPA for last 64 hours of course work
  • Students will have earned a minimum of 3.1 GPA in political science course work
  • Students must submit two letters of recommendation, a personal statement of purpose, and official transcripts from all universities attended
  • International students must submit official scores from the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
  • Admission decisions are made on a rolling basis.  Applications are welcome yearlong.
